We grow a wide variety of vegetables throughout the year. For each vegetable, we choose cultivars that are both flavorful and resilient to our climate. During the summer, the vegetables we sell are freshly harvested the same day or very shortly before.
The vegetables are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. They are planted, maintained and picked by hand and using small machines that allow us to be efficient without damaging our soil and the environment around the farm.
Finally, we are committed to offering formats that suit all our customers, from people living alone to the food service of a regional institution!
